 This renovation and expansion started with a 35,000 square foot, grocery store in Lanham, MD and evolved into a 65,000 square foot ultra modern shopping emporium. Work was completeed in 3 phases without the closing of any portion of the facility. Scope of work included all new upgraded utlities and newly constructed loading facilities. The store's exterior facade was recnstructed along with the roof, storefront and some new masonry walls. Phase I of work wa completed in August of 2001. Final phases were completed in November of 2001.   |
