 This expansion to the existing Largo Plaza Shopping Center involves the construction of the19,000 square foot PETsMART anchor tenant store. This colored split-face masonry bearing 19’ high structure has an EIFS finish, metal panel Kalwall glazing system and a painted steel entrance canopy. The store includes a grooming center and a fully operational veterinary care facility equipped with surgical treatment center. The 5 ½ month construction project started on October 6, 2003 and was completed on March 26, 2004. The contract also includes the construction of a 5,000 SF white box shell tenant space directly next door.   |
