 This project is a 3.5 acre sitedeveloped into a new 19,000 square foot dealership constructed under a Design/Build contract delivery method. The facility is constructed of a masonry load-bearing wall system with structural steel, joist and deck. The building consists of an 8,700 square foot auto repair service department, 3,057 square foot parts department, 2,692 square feet of offices, and a 6,167 square foot sales floor. Exterior finish is split face block. Harbor View Contractors, Inc. also performed the renovation of two more dealerships owned by Performance GMC -- one renovation in Ellicott City, Maryland; and the other in Glen Burnie, Maryland |
