 Phase 1 of this project included the conversion of an abandoned and neglected shopping center into a 3,000 seat sanctuary and ancillary facility for the congregation which included the construction of the new school with grades kindergarten through 6th grade, and an adult education center. New brick façade and a roof replacement were part of the project. Phase 2 added a 390-seat chapel, baptismal, pastor’s study, fellowship hall with full commercial kitchen for banquet purposes, and a meditation garden including a 1,200 square foot skylight cut through the existing roof structure. The combined square footage for both phases totaled 90,000.    |
