 This 25,000 square foot new construction project in Riverside Business Park serves as the corporate headquarters for Stephen Homes, a prominent home builder in Harford County. This design is somewhat unique using a prefabricated metal building, wall framing with standard bar joist, metal deck, roof masonry, and metal panel exterior walls. A full site development package was part of the contract, including storm water management, drainage piping, curb and gutter with a new parking lot. The mechanical/electrical work was constructed using Design/Build method.  |
